Let’s be honest. Most of us aren’t working, we’re just managing work.

We chase replies across email, Slack, DMs, and threads. Our calendars turn into puzzles. Confirming one meeting can take 8 messages. Timezones, follow-ups, missed invites, it’s all friction.

Tomo was born from that frustration.

This isn’t a productivity problem. It’s a coordination problem and the old tools weren’t built for how people actually talk, move, or decide.

We’re not building another calendar app. We’re building the invisible system behind your workday:
An intelligent layer that understands your schedule, protects your time, and keeps your day moving, smoothly, calmly, and on your terms.

About

GEOFFREY CHEN
I was captivated by visions of the future - flying cars, robotic assistants, and technology that made life seamless. I’ve worked across industries, from hedge funds to luxury goods to tech startups, and one truth kept surfacing: the hardest part of work isn’t the work itself, it’s everything around it.
That frustration is what led me to found Tomo. I wanted to design tools that don’t just manage tasks, but actually make time feel human again. With AI, we have the chance to reimagine how work flows - across time zones, across teams, and across lives.
